The breakfast was wonderful, the parking was convenient, the room had useful amenities like an electric kettle and a refrigerator, and the hotel's location was fantastic, within walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Immaculately clean hotel units with a smart TV as well as a fridge including water. Superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating staff always on hand. Unbeatable and excellent location in Khao Lak, next to the next bus station 20 km away, parks for free and restaurants and night market. Also, in the center of everything.

The rooms were air conditioned and spotless, were equipped with even coke, big fridge plus aircon. Location: the hotel was close to nice restaurants and main road...

Our stay at Casacool in Khao Lak was worth every penny. The room was comfortable and cozy, and the location was great, with plenty of food and massage options nearby. The staff, especially the owner Kai, treated us like family and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Kai even drove us to the doctor when we had a heatstroke and refused to accept any extra payment for her kindness.

The breakfast option could have been better.

I had an incredible stay at Casacool Hotel in Khao Lak. The location was perfect, with restaurants, markets, and the beach within walking distance. The staff was attentive and made me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh fruits. I especially loved the complimentary laundry services, which came in handy after a day at the beach. I highly recommend Casacool Hotel for a wonderful holiday experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. From giving travel advice to preparing extra meals, they went above and beyond. The hotel location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and plenty of nearby restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of fresh fruits, juices, muesli, and yogurt. Additionally, the room was impeccably clean and had great facilities such as a spacious balcony, a comfortable bed, and good air conditioning.

The room was quite old and outdated, and there was no elevator which was a disappointment. , during my stay, they seemed to have some problems with the water pressure in the bathroom which made taking a shower quite difficult.
